Strengthening ties with neighbors a need to foil sanctions

TEHRAN, Sep. 07 (MNA) –A member of Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said that strengthening economic diplomacy and improving level of cooperation with neighboring countries is of paramount importance to neutralize sanctions.
